Cart paths & footpaths & all worn areas due to heavy usage</div> <div>       & bare ground caused by golf carts.</div> <div> b.  All drainage ditches in the fairway & rough</div> <div>      (treat as ground under repair)</div> <div> c.  Immovable obstructions: benches, ballwashers, Clubhouse,</div> <div>      chain link fence & irrigation control boxes on holes #1, 2 & 7.</div> <div> d.
